What is Biofeedback?

Biofeedback is a non-invasive therapy that uses advanced monitoring technology to help you gain greater awareness and control over your body’s natural functions. By observing real-time feedback from your nervous system, muscles, heart rate, skin temperature, or brainwave activity, you can learn how to regulate stress responses and support your body’s natural healing process 

How Biofeedback Works

During a biofeedback session, safe sensors are placed on the skin to measure physiological activity such as:

This information is displayed on a computer screen in real time.
